Mary T. Perez

Mary is a second-year Master of Divinity student at HDS. In her studies, she asks questions about women and feminism in Catholicism and the role of religious literacy in anti-oppressive education. As an educator, she has taught in Catholic elementary and high schools in Maryland, Tennessee, and California. She received a BA from Stanford University, studying anthropology and Latin American music, and a MA in Teaching from Christian Brothers University with an emphasis on curriculum and instruction in middle grades, 4-8.
